COMA MEMBERSHIP

COMA Networking Club has been in existence since March 1995...networking to improve the business of its members, exchanging ideas, leads and information.  People like to do business with people they like and trust......this is what COMA is all about

COMA does things just a little different than most organizations.......

If you are a Community Manager  you  must join COMA as an individual member....Reason.....We  don’t charge for CEU Credits.  Membership fees and 50/50 ticket sales support the cost of education materials meeting notices, mailings, postage & printing, etc.

Condominium Associations, Service Providers, & Professionals.

Need only to join as an organization....not as individuals for one membership fee of $150.00.

Those organizations may have only two (2) individuals participating in educational and monthly dinner meetings, but must pay for every person’s dinner attending the COMA’s monthly meetings.

Qualification for COMA’s CFPM designation; Every applicant must meet the professional standards set forth by COMA of Florida and the Department of Business & Professional Regulation. COMA of Florida requires every applicant to participate 100% in COMA’s CEU educational program. (Minimum 20 CEU Credits)

COMA Welcomes Prospective Members.  (CAM Managers only at this time) Our system works like this; you may attend one (1) COMA meeting to see what we are all about...after that you must join. Membership is only $ 150.00.  A bargain for what you receive!

(If you are requesting CEU (continuing education credits) you must be a member ).

COMA  presently offers  membership with  two (2) local  Chapters located in  Naples  and Fort Myers.

Both  Chapters  offer basically the same  membership benefits.  If you would like to be a member of both chapters, you must pay the  $150 membership fee per Chapter.

The mandatory $ 30.00 COMA request is for the fabulous dinner at every monthly meeting.  This is how COMA supports their meeting facilities.
